HERE'S SOME OF THE COMMON QUESTIONS I RECEIVE ABOUT CLEANING

  • You can fill our one of our Quote Forms and you will enter the date for your clean then. If there is a conflict with our schedule we will reach out with you to find a better time or date.

  • Every space and home is different so prices vary based on the size of your space, the type of clean, and any additional services you may request. I do offer free estimates, so feel free to fil out my Quote Form to receive a detailed quote. Invoices must be paid same day of clean.

  • Yes, we use high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products from Melaleuca  that are safe for both your family and pets.

  • No, you don’t need to be home! If you prefer to leave your home or office while I clean, just provide me with proper access instructions. I pride myself on being trustworthy and respectful of your space. For transparency and safety I do ask to not be cleaning alone with other men in the house.  I appreciate your understanding.

  • The length of the cleaning depends on the size of the space and the type of cleaning requested. For example, a standard residential cleaning may take 1-3 hours, while deep cleaning could take longer. I'll give you an estimated time frame when you book. 

  • To make the most of your cleaning, it’s helpful to:

    • Pick up personal items or valuables

    • Remove any fragile objects or items that may be in the way

    • Communicate any areas that need extra attention

  • I serve a majority of the Northern Indiana area such as: Mishawaka, South Bend, Granger, Goshen, and Elkhart. However if you're in Michiana feel free to contact me to see if I serve your area.

  • Customer satisfaction is my top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with my cleaning service, please let me know within 24 hours, and I'll work to resolve the issue. I'll return and re-clean any areas you’re unhappy with.

  • I accept a variety of payment methods including cash, checks, and digital payments like Venmo. You can pay online or in-person after the cleaning is complete.

  • Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment up to 24 hours before your clean.
